What to expect
First thing’s first: We need to make sure we’re a good fit. You can book a free call with me here, and together, we can figure out if I’m the right person to help you solve your problem at hand, and if your company is aligned with what I’m looking to work on at this time.
If we’re a good fit and you want to move forward, you’ll hire me for a 1-week, 2-week, or 4-week consulting intensive (depending on the scope of the challenges you’re facing). I’ll spend that time speaking with your team, digging into your products and services, and uncovering opportunities for improvement.
My rates for these consulting intensives are $15k, $25k, and $40k, respectively.
After spending dedicated time with your company to understand the challenges you’re facing, I’ll deliver a detailed, action-oriented strategy document. This will outline my assessment of the situation, along with recommendations for next steps to take your company to the next level of success.
